Service Project Application Proposal

If you are prepared to lead a service project within the Club and would like to propose participation from our Club, please answer the questions below and submit your proposal. The Service Projects Committee will review and you may be invited to present further information in person. The Committee Chair will then present your proposal to the Board and the general membership for a vote.
